Each Type Of Surface Protection Provides A Different Benefit To The Surface.
An additional option of a top coat process can be applied to help protect the surface from either finger-print marks, perspiration, minor abrasion marks, oxidising, mineral deposits and/ or corrosion.
460-16 Clear Coat Lacquer Series
After curing the surface is extremely stable and resistant to yellowing. Moreover, the cured film is resistant to abrasion as well as solvents and chemicals. Being twin component systems, the advantages are; thicker film coatings for better protection and increased hardness; good for improved scratch resistance. A transparent twin component protective coating is used in aerospace, automotive, residential and maritime sectors.
12182/ 14744 Clear Coat Lacquer Series
Both 12182 and 14744 are clear solvent based, ready-to-use, VOC compliant bake coatings for polished brass and bronze. The coatings possess/ set to give good hardness, chemical, and salt spray resistance. Being single component systems, the advantages are; resulting in better flexibility and excellent flow characteristics that produce a flawless and even finish - good for intricate products.
T0125 Clear Coat Lacquer
T0125 is a twin component, polyurethane-based coating, designed for exterior and interior applications. T0125 has a high gloss wet look which provides superior distinction of image. This product has been specifically developed for the yacht industry. Additionally, the material is highly resistant to UV rays, salt water, abrasion and fuel.
Clear Protection Inhibitor
The Clear Protection Inhibitor Series was developed to maintain and extend the life of painted and metallic surfaces. It offers the highest level of corrosion, heat and UV protection; with proven durability in the toughest environments. The product is a high-performance protectant, sealer and corrosion inhibitor designed for both internal and external applications. Offering two different variants for both metal (CPI/M) and painted surfaces (CPI/P), they both help protect surfaces to resist against thermal energy, mineral deposits, staining, oxidation, fading and corroding.
Ceramic Nano Clear Coat Series
The Nano Clear Coat Series for both metal and paint is a unique high-performance long-term ceramic nano coating that has been designed to protect and maintain a perfect metal finish with proven durability in the toughest environments. The technology behind the coating creates a surface that once fully cured provides a 9H in hardness. When fully cured the coating contains thousands more neighbour to neighbour chemical bonds, this in turn means that the coating has a very high cross-linking density to ensure excellent integrity, durability and bonding properties to the surface.
Clear Coat Wax
An acid free coating which helps preserve the finish while providing a low sheen effect; minimising finger-print marks, minor scratching, and oxidising. Ideal for preserving tarnished applications. Designed primarily for decorative applications, there are many sectors where the Clear Coat Wax can be found in.
