“To all of our valued Staff, Customers, Suppliers and Friends,
It is with deepest regret that we have to inform you that we have had a major fire on site here at Lamberts London Limited. This was located in our plating plant and has caused severe damage. Assessments are ongoing as to the extent of the damage.
We have enacted our Business Continuity Plan; however, we will be temporarily ceasing operations in the short term, in order to rebuild. For all of our customers, we will be contacting all of you over this week and arranging to return your work in the state that it is currently at – either unprocessed, partially processed or completed work that we can invoice accordingly.
For any upcoming future work projects that we are being considered on, please can you take this into account and plan accordingly. At this time, we will not be accepting any work into site and will not be able to provide any quotations for future work. At this time, we cannot say how long this period will be for, but we will keep you informed and updated as we know more.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this causes, however we will be back up and running as soon as we are able. We hope that you will come back and continue to use Lamberts London Limited again in the longer term once we are back up and running.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will provide information as we can. We will keep you all updated to our progress as we know more.” Dismiss
